Amanda Vega began her career at AOL as a chat moderator 17 years ago. During
her tenure at AOL she directly helped to develop and rollout Instant Messenger
and Love@AOL (now Match.com's technology.) Amanda has an MBA from Columbia University
and has also completed graduate work at the Wharton School of Business. After
selling her second firm to Ogilvy and Mather in 2000, she moved to New York City
and opened Amanda Vega Consulting in hopes of working with agencies and clients
directly to help them optimize and integrate the ongoing stream of new technology
and marketing options growing in the online space while also more effectively
integrating those into their traditional programs. Amanda is a published author
and frequent industry expert speaker at such conference as Search Engine Strategies
and Ad:Tech. She is a board member for many local and national non-profits and

Julie P. Rosen, MS, LPC, Executive Director of Parenting Arizona is a bilingual,
Hispanic woman with over twenty-six years experience in behavioral health, and
a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of AZ. Ms. Rosen has earned an
excellent reputation in AZ while holding positions in non-profit management,
program development, clinical management, implementation of counseling and educational
programs, and employee and leadership development. Part of Ms. Rosen's success
is due to her relentless drive to implement multi-cultural initiatives and strategies.
Previously, Ms. Rosen served as the Administrator for a children's residential
program where she dramatically improved the outcomes delivered to the clients.
Ms. Rosen had sole responsibility for the day-to-day operations, and all financial
matters. She improved the quality of care through emphasizing the cultural competency
of the staff, implementation of positive behavioral supports, and the use of
evidence based programs.
Ms. Rosen's main passion is making a difference in the lives of children in
need, especially those that are misunderstood due to cultural or economic differences.
