Employee of the Month
Hello everyone!
Please join me in celebrating our April and May employees of the month.
APRIL EMPOYEES OF THE MONTH:
Helain Day, April’s employee of the month, is the Community Based Coordinator at our site in Maricopa County. Helain is a passionate and dedicated employee, an asset to the Parenting Arizona team. Her expertise in grant writing has enabled PA to apply for more grants, and her dedication has brought parenting education services to many families. We appreciate her willingness to step outside of the box and take on other duties outside her scope of work. Helain is a true team player, and we appreciate her commitment to deliver beneficial services to families.
Tammy Ruiz, the Case Manager for the Family Preservation Program, is an innovative, independent, and passionate employee. She does an exceptional job working with high risk clients involved with CPS, and has the ability to multitask and hold a case load above what is required. Tammy is diligently working on ensuring PA obtains the appropriate referrals, so the program can continue running efficiently and cost effectively. Thank you Tammy for the amazing work you do for the Family Preservation program and the families you work with.
MAY EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH:
Jenni Goodall, our Parent Educator for the Southeast Maricopa Community Based Program, is a warm, dedicated, friendly, and hard working employee. Jenni is extremely helpful and has exceptional organization skills. She has been able to streamline paperwork to help minimize the work staff and families have to complete at intake. Jenni is always willing to help others in need and has amazing attitude. She has great initiative and follow-through. Jenni has never said no to any duty, and accepts added duties with a smile.
Donna Ferra, our Intake Specialist for the Southeast Maricopa Parent Connection Program, has done an excellent job in recruiting new families for our home visitation program. When Donna began working with PA, the program had 13 active families in the Southeast Maricopa region. Since then, Donna has been able to recruit approximately 80 families into the program. She has been able to create partnerships throughout the Southeast Maricopa area, which is a tribute to her effective communication and ability to connect with others.
Thank you all for the awesome work you do for PA!
